Pinewood Derby Car Body – Wonder Wiggle

Pinewood Derby Car Body – Wonder Wiggle is an wedge variant with fancy scroll cutting in the middle to make it a lightweight body  We take a wedge pinewood derby body remove the center with some curves to make a real eye catcher.  Wonder wiggle is a weight / COG advantage car.  Racers need to ensure they are racing on a smooth metal track with a Rail Rider configuration.  We will phase out this design after the 2019 season.

The Tech cuts pockets on the side of the car, fill with molten lead, then cover pockets with finishing putty.  Final sanding to the outer parts completes the process with 120 grit sand paper.  Tungsten cubes will use pockets on the underside to bring to final weight.  Derby Dust can not drill tungsten cylinders or rounds to reduce weight and as such cubes are used.  Please take note that COG is 1/2″ or less.  Racers will use this body on a smooth metal track.
