Derby Dust (R) Tech’s designed Razor wedge prior to getting a cnc laser. The Razor Wedge is another spin off the low profile slim wedge design. A light weight pinewood derby body that can utilize tunsgten weights or our custom lead ballasts. We use 7 Steps to make Pinewood Derby Car Kit Package fast winning champions. Our derby car kit package include a thin pre-cut car body, lead weight, lathed speed wheels, highly polished axles, and graphite dry lube. Easy to follow instructions to complete your derby kit, place the wheels and axles, lube it, and race to the finish.

Razor Wedge is a variant of our light-weight pinewood derby car body that uses BSA axle slot or Drilled BSA Distance wheel base with weights installed underneath the car body. This variation may use the tungsten or lead canopy. Weighing in around 15 grams, this lightweight pine body. Flush under pockets for ballast placement for COG adjustments

Our Pinewood Derby Car Kit – Razor Wedge comes with either precision cut cnc axle slots or precision drilled axle holes drilled with the Goat Boy Drill Station. Kits with axle slots are always fully BSA compliant with all pack rules. Please check your pack rules before purchasing a car body with drilled axle holes.
